Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6

When viewing a plain XML file (Firefox says: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."), and having JavaScript disabled will cause the "+"/"-" (on the left side, to open/close longer elements) not to work anymore. Moving the cursor over the "+"/"-" still changes the cursor, clicking does nothing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable JavaScript
2. Load plain XML document (i.e., w/o stylesheet)
3. Click on longer element to fold it together on one line

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
element folds together on one line
