Especially when using web-based mail accounts, various buttons for editing and such either don't show at all, will show up as BB code, or will even show up in incorrect locations.  Perhaps even overlapping themselves or other graphics.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.no special steps.  Open Firefox, and there it is.

Expected Results:  
I don't know, perhaps put things where they belong might be nice.  Maybe even show them as they are supposed to be shown would be a good thing as well.

I use Firefox for it's security features over IE.  But if I'm to be left sitting trying to figure out what the page I'm viewing is about, then it's no help.  Being secure doesn't make much difference if I can't DO anything.

Please check that this persists after forcing a refresh of the page (hold down the shift key and click the reload button) and in safe mode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode).

If it does, then a link to a specific site would be useful.
