When the mouse is used to select text by dragging over it, and then while the mouse is down, the user drags to the edges of a scrollable page, the page is scrolled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mouse down in a text box
2. Drag mouse to extreme of the view port where the page in that view port could be scrolled in that direction

I also see this bug under linux. It is as described. I found you can use any text box even if their is no text in the text box, and you can scroll in any direction up, down, left or right.
Also, I have noticed this bug before but I always found it use full. Because I often scroll by selecting text. So if I click in a text box it is nice to still be able to scroll the page.
