for some tasks selection color is different than for the rest selections

Steps to Reproduce:
1. subscribe https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&short_desc=&product=Calendar&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&status_whiteboard_type=allwordssubstr&status_whiteboard=&keywords_type=allwords&keywords=&emailtype1=exact&email1=&emailtype2=exact&email2=&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&votes=&chfieldfrom=7D&chfieldto=Now&chfield=%5BBug%20creation%5D&chfieldvalue=&query_based_on=createdFor7Days&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=&ctype=ics
2. select task that is complete (selection color = system selection color)
3. select task that needs action - selection is green, not like above

I think that was done by purpose.
Active tasks (start date is over) are colored green.
Overdue tasks (due date is over) are colored red.
Upcoming tasks are colored gray.
Completed tasks are colored default.

yes, I was not sure, however you should not change user look(&feel)

under windows user can choose default text color, background and also selection, I haven't seen any application that change selection color (mayby except very old that are based on very old WinAPI)

I suggest to change text color and background color but leave selection as it is
it should be similar to events: they might have different background colors but if you select them you have always the same selection color (not system selection color, but the same)
