351151 - alt-s, alt-p do not submit postings

These hotkeys are broken on all sites I have tested, heavegames.com forums, wikipedia, and my school's CS wiki. 

Previously, I think possibly at the last public release of firfox 1.5, the hotkeys ceased actually submitting or previewing, and only selected the submit or preview button. (Effectively making the total key sequence alt-s-enter.) Now it is nonfunctional.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a forum or wiki which has submit and preview buttons accessible by hotkey.
2. Press alt-s to submit a post.
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Post should be submitted.

You'll have to use Alt+Shift+S, Alt+Shift+P, etc. instead.

RC3 also has this problem and it's hilariously annoying.

THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I CAN NOT BELIEVE TO SEE SUCH A SIMPLE, HUGE MISTAKE IN THE FINAL RELEASE OF FF2. ALT-S HAS BECOME A DEFACTO STANDARD FOR FORM SUBMISSION!
