I have at various times when I click a new tab (ctrl-t), then go to the location and type in a uri and hit return, i will see an quick rendering of an old tab until the page starts 'receiving data', one which isnt not loaded on any of the other tabs.
This is sort of freaky at times, similar to those 'stare at this flash image and suddenly a face pops up and screams at you.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. new tab
2. type in location
3. (profit)

WFM. Have you tried:
-clearing your cache
-running firefox in its safe-mode to rule out extension problems
-a new profile
-reinstalling firefox in a new clean directory?
