Right click, click disable. Not exactly one click but close enough.

Uah, indeed. I never though of rightclicking an entry ;)
note: this has been fixed for Firefox 2.0 by exposing the common actions performed to an extension / theme as buttons along the bottom of the extension / theme in the list.
