F6 and Ctrl-Tab do not move from one Mozilla window to another

Details
Under 4.x, I used to be able to use F6 and Ctrl-Tab to cycle through all the
open windows. It would be nice if these keys worked in Mozilla also.

This same issue is already the subject of bug 30864, "Can't use Ctrl+Tab to
quick-switch to next window" -- but thank you for the detail that F6 should
do the same thing as Ctrl-Tab. As you can see if you look at that bug, there
is competition for tab-keycombos.
