every couple of days when firefox updates itself most of my bookmarks are gone & sonetimes the search engine box dosen't work.Unchecked the auto update box & the program still updates.only does this on the laptop works fine on the desktop.if i don't export bookmarks everyday I lose the new bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install firefox
2.uncheck autoupdate
3.next day bookmarks are gone

found that this happens everytime firefox updates to the new version.
