Pegasus has nice feature that I would like to see added to Thunderbird.  

When sending a message, if the subject or body of the message contains the word "attach" (or variation), but the message does not have any attachment, Pegasus will optionally ask whether you intended to attach something.

It is very easy to forget to attach a file to a message.  This feature eliminates that problem.
