On some sub pages on referenced page (sometimes on main page) there is following issue: Scrolling down with mouse wheel or down arrow will go one pixel more down as scrolling down with vertical scroll bar.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable Java script
2. Load mentioned URL (or try some subpage with small picture in right down corner)
3. make your browser so small that there is a vertical bar
4. scroll down with mouse or down arrow to bottom of page
5. click on down arrow by horizontal scroll bar

Actual Results:  
displayed page moves one pixel up hiding last row of pixels from small picture in down right corner.

Expected Results:  
Page should not move.

Occurs also in Firefox 2 beta2.

I can reproduce this (or something very much like it) right here on bugzilla (but not on http://news.google.com/ fwiw), and I haven't disabled javascript.  

STR:

1. Use pagedown, the down arrow, or the mouse scroll wheel and go all the way down to the bottom of this page
2. Click on the down arrow in the horizontal scroll bar
3. Watch the page shift down by about one pixel

At this point, you can try to scroll down with the mouse wheel, and the page will shift up again.  Click on the down button in the scroll bar, and it goes down again.  Repeat until bored.  Resizing the browser doesn't seem to make a difference.

I could not reproduce this on trunk: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a6pre) Gecko/2007060204 Minefield/3.0a6pre.

I can't reproduce this on branch or trunk. That said...

Reporter, can you reproduce this bug using the latest trunk nightly?

I can still reproduce this bug using Firefox 2.0.0.4, but no more using latest trunk nightly.
So I change status of this bug to fixed.
