Fire Fox was working fine until I uninstall Internet Explorer 7 now it does not want to save any files from right clicking I did restore Internet Explorer 6,
Internet Exlorer 6 works fine! I uninstall fire fox download a new one got the exact same result. It acts like it going to save the file but does not, even if you have a file of the same name it will ask you if you want to replace it with the new one. I click yes but it does not download it.
Reproducible: Always

Possibly it's only coincidence. Or windows system restore made a mess of it.
Have you tried cleaning up your downloads manager?
Also creating a new profile or a reinstall in a new empty directory could help.
The links on your URL work for me with a current SeaMonkey Trunk and FF 1.8 Branch build on WinXP. Please test with a new profile. I guess that is somehow corrupt.
