Add feature to Tools->Options->Content with help of those user can block downloads of special file type, for instance, mp3 or wmv.
The way to do this is to introduce special file filter in which user can type unwanted file types.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla
2. For instance, Go to  http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=30163643


Actual Results:  
Mp3 file is loaded and traffic is consumed a lot.

Expected Results:
