stand alone msg window has search box

screen shot coming.

I'm on windows xp version 2 alpha 1 (20060908)
Probably a regression from bug 324194. It's a toolbar button, so you can remove it, but I don't think it should be in the message window by default.
Blocks: 324194
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
... and actually trying to use it there just produces a lot of errors in the error console.
I feel like this just broke recently. They've always been a part of the palette since 324194, but in the last few days I just started seeing it show up in the stand alone message window toolbar itself. That part seems new.

Attached patch the fixSplinter Review
1) Only the quick search box is listed in the defaultset attribute for the toolbar so that's the only string we need to strip out of the attribute.

2) Since the toolbar buttons have been constructed before this code fires, in the default case, we've already got a quick search box. remove the quick search button if it was indeed created.

3) Remove quick search, mail views, and the folder location toolbar buttons from the toolbar palette object. This keeps them from showing up in the customize toolbar dialog so users can't add them to the stand alone message window.
