352021 - Double click on the area on which a close button would appear closes the tab

Double click on the area on which a close button would appear closes the tab instead of simply activating the tab.

STR:
1. Have enough tabs open so there's a close button only on the active tab.
2. double click the right-most part of a background tab

EXPECTED RESULTS: background tab is selected.
ACTUAL RESULTS: background tab is selected -> close button appears -> tab gets closed (on a slow machine you can see the entire process ;) ).

ok, that'll work.  I think we were pretty "meh" on this case in general, but might as well fix it ;)
