Comm 6.0 PR1 SSL works, but it's really really slow compared to Comm 4.72 on the Mac. I was browsing https://www.amazon.com and it was markedly slower than non-SSL browsing of same page.
From your bug report it looks like you are using Netscape 6 beta. This is not the place for Netscape bugs. While Netscape may be a fine place to report Mozilla bugs, the inverse does not hold true.
