Create a clean profile 2. Go to about:config 3. Scroll up and down, looking at the preference identifiers Actual Results: The 4 styles I mentioned are all present, mixed together, sometimes in the same identifier: app.update.lastUpdateTime.background-update-timer Expected Results: Every preference identifier had the same style. I think it would be very beneficial if all preference identifers had a consistent naming convention, regardless of which style is chosen. After gathering input from developers and deciding on a style, there should be a strong effort to rename the current preferences and to ensure that all new preferences are named correctly. At the very least, all future preferences should have a consistent style.
