OK...got no idea what this one is, sorry for the general component.

Going to that URL causes a nonfunctional copy, kind of like a snapshot, of the 
navigational toolbar to be displayed in the bottom frame temporarily while the 
page loads and then it disappears and the correct content is displayed in that 
frame.  I'm not sure how long it stays there on slower connections (i'm on DSL) 
or even if it appears.  This is strange, and I have a feeling people won't be 
able to reproduce it.  Figured I should report it anyways though.

I'll try to get a screenshot up soon.e
