steps to reproduce:
install Adblock 0.5.3.043 <https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/>

expected:
The restart button is enabled allowing restart from the add-ons manager.

actual:
The restart button is disabled (greyed out).
Crashed when I closed the browser. TB23153587

It is a regression between 1.8.1a3_2006070704 and 1.8.1b1_2006070805 (branch).
No problem to install this extension from my desktop.
The crash is a different issue. Please file a separate bug for it.
