Details

I need to move the printf stuff under mozilla/mailnews/news into PR_LOG for the 
NNTP_LOG module.
moving to m16, marking p1.  this helps me get useful debug information on
release builds.  I need to do this ASAP.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Priority: P3 → P1
Target Milestone: --- → M16
fix in hand, checking in tomorrow.
fixed.  the following will turn on nntp logging on win32:

set NSPR_LOG_FILE=c:\tmp\nntpio.txt
set NSPR_LOG_MODULES=NNTP:5
