urlbar has theme, cursor, painting, page load issues on 20060911 win32 build

I am using iFox 2.3.2

Pages will not load when iFox is in use. default works.

Not sure if this is a theme issue, or unintended side-effects
Everything works fine in the 20060910 build

It seems CompactMenu 1.7.4.5 also affects some of the urlbar cursor positioning. It too worked fine in the previous build.

The theme probably hasn't been updated to reflect how the new theming works. And there's theme changes landing pretty much every day, so theme authors are unlikely to want to update their themes every day if a landing tomorrow will undo their work; instead the sensible ones will wait until the new theme is final, and then update their theme.
