35227 - the mail program doesn't check for mail

I've downloaded the latest build for Netscape (200004080816 Windows).  I use a 
POP mail account for my mail.  I've set it up to check mail every 5 minutes.  It 
doesn't check the mail automaticly at that interval ( or any interval), nor does 
it check the mail when you enter the program itself.  You have to check the mail 
manually by pressing the 'check messages' button.
