User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6

General: when you open www.aleksdesigngroup.com almost every subpage (available from the left menu panel) when is opened for the first time is layouted in a wrong way (see the attached screen shots).

Specific:
1. The problem apears very often only when the page is not cached yet. In the case it is cached the problem appears very rarely and only when refresh with Ctrl+F5.
2. I noticed that when I load the page from the local web server (appache installed on my own workstation) there is no problem with the layout so I suppose that this bug has some time-related dependancies.
3. When the bug appeared then pressing of refresh button causes the page to be layouted in the right way.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clear the browser cache.
2. Open http://www.aleksdesigngroup.com
3. Walk through the links in the left-most column of the page.
4. When you see wrong layouted left column then press refresh and the page will be displayed correctly

Actual Results:
After point 3 of the Steps to reproduce you will see wrong layout of the left page column with blank spaces above and below the background image.

Expected Results:
Correctly displayed page
I reproduced the bug also with the nightly build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060912 Minefield/3.0a1

No, it's not a Firefox bug... (thought it'd be nice if you'd have filed it as UNCONFIRMED, since you have no minimized testcase).
