No idea if this counts as an actual violation, but backfox.com uses a fox-like animal with flaming tail wrapped around a blue planet as a logo, which combined with the -fox part of the domain name probably counts as confusing enough.
As per IRC: "file a bug, let the lawyers deal with it :)"

This seems to have fallen through the cracks, but Legal is now looking into it, so I'm closing the bug. Thanks for reporting it.
