352511 - ko: language, script, charset names : inconsistency and glitches

There are some inconsistencies (differently translated in different places) and glitches in the translation of language, script and charset names. Some of them might have 'come from MS IE', but when it comes to language/script names, Korean translation in MS IE is not something you want to get some hints from.

I fixed a few dozens that caught my eyes, but there must be some more to be fixed (especially the names of languages with a small number of speakers. I gave up after  looking some of them up in wikipedia, Korean dictionary, etc).

This is a related but separate patch. (I should file a new bug, but this is just 1-liner ...). The current ko translation of languages.customize.prefLangDescript fails to convey the meaning of the original.

It seems like these patches haven't  yet been landed. 3 hours before l10n freeze :-). Nice to get them checked in before the freeze. Thanks
