mn and es-AR are not listed in mozilla/calendar/locales/all-locales. We should fix that.

sipaq: According to both http://lxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.8/source/es-AR/ and http://lxr.mozilla.org/l10n/source/es-AR/ es-AR doesn't have a calendar localization committed yet, so we can't add them to all-locales yet. mn and eu both look okay.

Patch checked in on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH and trunk. -> FIXED When es-AR gets their stuff in /l10n, have them open a new bug to get added to all-locales.
