Clicking in Bookmarks menu on separator makes pop-up menu to appear

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks menu
2. Right-click just 2 pixels below any separator


Actual Results:  
Pop-up menu appears

Nothing to happen

Summary of bug changed to better describe problem.  IMO, the severity of this bug should be upped to "minor".

I can reproduce in latest Bon Echo nightly (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b2) Gecko/20060913 BonEcho/2.0b2) and Firefox 1.5.0.6.

default behaviour in 3.x is different and the context menu is shown also on static content.
So invalid.
