35265 - Instant Messanger won't connect to server

First, on our firewall, we have to change the default port that AIM uses, 
otherwise it will not connect. Unfortanately, in IM for Netscape 6, IO cannot 
find a way to change this. When I try dialing in on another ISP, It will verify 
my name, and I get to step 4, transfering, and it sits there. I am sure the 
second is a known problem, but the first needs to be fixed.
