After exchange a few chat lines (20) in the support section the whole browser crashes

after exchange a few chat lines (20) in the support section the whole browser crashes, with XP willing to send a report. The chat is popup and seemed o work fine when suddenly a severe error was signaled by XP and the browser shut down.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.www.one.com
2.select 24/7 support and have a chat
3.
Actual Results:
I won't try to reproduce it as I'd have to bother for testing purposes the support section of www.one.com
Expected Results:
The browser causes a severe error causing XP to intervene and to propose to send a message to MS
Laptop Acer Aspire 5670(Centrino Intel Dual T2250), Win XP (fully update on 14/9/2006), 1GB, 120GB HDD, Ati mobility X1600. Installed Apps:

I close this report as incomplete, since we still waiting for a talkback ID
(comment #1).
Reporter, if you still crash with Firefox 2.0.0.4, feel free to reopen this
bug. Then it would be great if you could provide a Talkback ID. Please see the
link from the Comment from Adam comment #1).
