The chat is popup and seemed o work fine when suddenly a severe error was signaled by XP and the browser shut down. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.www.one.com 2.select 24/7 support and have a chat 3. Actual Results: I won't try to reproduce it as I'd have to bother for testing purposes the support section of www.one.com Expected Results: The browser causes a severe error causing XP to intervene and to propose to send a message to MS Laptop Acer Aspire 5670(Centrino Intel Dual T2250), Win XP (fully update on 14/9/2006), 1GB, 120GB HDD, Ati mobility X1600. Installed Apps: -Roxio My DVD -Acer Empowering technology suite -Intel PROset Wireless (manages the logon) -Office 2003 Pro MVL -Visual Studio 2005 Pro -NTI suite (standard Acer) -iTunes -Google desktop & earth -Divx (free) -Real player -Winrar -PowerProducer -Canon DigiCam utilities
