if I set up repeating event or task in past alarm for missed events is fired but without sound

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new profile
2. switch on alarm for events or task
3. create repeating event or task which starts in past and has daily repeating
Actual Results:  
alarm for missed events or tasks fired but sound was not played

Works for me using Lightning/0.5pre (2007032303) with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4pre) Gecko/20070323 Thunderbird/2.0pre

I can reproduce it with profile which I use but no way with clean profile so WFM
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pl; rv:1.8.1.4pre) Gecko/20070614 Sunbird/0.5

the problem happens when alarm fires on startup - I will write test case for this
