The caching setup for the netscaler can give inconsistent views of the repository. mrz's gonna disable it with great vigour.

The big deal is that an HTTP pull of SVN can end up with bits of revision 65, bits of revision 72, bits of revision 80, etc. -- and atomicity was one of the motivating factors behind using SVN in the first place.
