Opening 2 windows, and in the 2nd clicking on the Mozilla Logo in Navigation toolbar causes the first window to show up and load mozilla.org. think this is XPApps. could not find a similar bug.

I'm reassigning this to Ben since the code that targets the throbber click is all stuff he wrote fairly recently, as best I can determine. It looks like clicking on the throbber (or interacting with the window in other ways, based on the dups) doesn't update the window mediator's "most recent window" for some reason. That could be due to some event-handling snafu, I suppose. That strategy seems a little prone to error. Why don't we target the load straight to the window where it originated?
