1) As per the instrutction of bugzilla documenet , we are installaing. While creating the bugs database with password it is not allowing to access the database.As well it gives "Access denied"
2) for a work arround i have created a test database with OS user SYSDBA and modified localconfig file.After that i ran ./checkmodules.pl. It has added all the database and it asked for the administrators Real Name , Email Address and password. I gave all the things appropriatley. But i couldnt login.
3) Even if i trying to login as some other OS user via bugzilla also its not allowing.

Need your great assistance.
