Steffen has checked in two fixes to firebird-toc.rdf in the meantime. Please merge those changes in and verify that all prefwindow-to-help links work.

I'd really like to take this work, but the rdf file is easy to break, so I'd feel better to take a patch that has the merging work done.

This breaks the links in accessibility.xhtml. There are no changes in firebird-toc.rdf for the id changes in the xhtml.

menu_reference.xhtml#manage_bookmarks -> organize_bookmarks would break, too. As does extensions/themes -> addons here.

Do me a favour and check all your id="" changes and make sure you did the corresponding changes in firebird-toc.rdf. I checked up to menu_reference.xhtml in your patch, be sure to check further.
