Firefox on Linux (Ubuntu Dapper, package 1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.5-0ubuntu6.06.1) has no shortcut defined, and arguably should. Reproducible: Always
According to http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/keyboard, Ctrl+Y should work as a shortcut for the Downloads Manager. Does it not work?

Ctrl-Y works, thank you. It is not listed in the menu, however. BTW, why is the shortcut different on Windows and Linux? Other shortcuts (such as Ctrl-Enter in the address bar to open the URL in a new tab) have been changed from what they used to be on Unix to be the same as on Windows (and in line with IE)
Stock mozilla.org Firefox 1.5.0.7 has the same problem. See attached screenshot.
