repro:
1. try to download something
2. the download dialog pops up
3. the filepicker won't, instead there is a alertbox with FOO
regression between 2006092108 and 2006092118. 
maybe only when downloading "exe" file.
no problem with zip.

Nope, I only download zips, doesn't work.
