354021 - change general.useragent.locale in global/intl.properties

general.useragent.locale in global/intl.properties is en-US. This has no effect in mozilla.org builds and language packs , but in the language packs that are distributed by linux distros the navigator.language returns en_US and causes problems in the appearance of some auto-adapting language specific sites.

How does this change help? If it's worth fixing on the 1.8.0 branch why only Greek?

Most locales are already correct, so a Greek-only patch makes sense.
