Menubars have subtrees which include menus and menuitems. However, when going in the reverse direction from menuitems up via get_accParent(), the menubar is not reached. This makes it more difficult to determine whether something is a menubar or context menu.

This now works as expected, probably due to the fixes for the bugs referenced in comment 1.
