I just dragged and (rather quickly) dropped a bookmark in the Bookmarks menu, and Firefox created an empty bookmark (i.e. no title, no URL, ...) right under it. I could remove it just fine.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce




This seems like an order of events thing, or something. I can't seem to reproduce it, but it definitely happened.

I've got a Firefox 2.0.0.2 and the followibng bookmarkmenu-structure:

If I drag the "Divider Line 2"  between the both directories or above the "Directory 1" a new and completely empty bookmark is generated...

I can still reproduce this in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070610 Firefox/2.0.0.4 (pigfoot), but it seems fixed in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a6pre) Gecko/20070701 Minefield/3.0a6pre. Recommending WFM.
