354165 - Arial Narrow font 13+ and others 14+ makes "New Card" window too long vertically.

Once you reach size 13 using "arial narrow" and 14 with several other fonts in the windows "message box" field, the bottom of the "NEW CARD" window can not be reached. 

For a window that is not resizeable, this one has always been too long for comfort vertically.  Users with poor eysight who prefer larger fonts might encounter this problem.  That is, once they discover the relationship between the windows "message text/box" field and Thunderbird.

Making the window not quite full screen vertically would solve this without making it resizeable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change windows fonts to 13 for "arial narrow" and 14 for others in item "message box" field.  (That field shows as "message text" in picture above)

Actual Results:  
"New Card" window in address book is too long to see the bottom.

Expected Results:  
Be able to see the whole window on the visible screen.

  On the 19", 1280x1024 is okay.
  Many laptops and othe LCD's that have a max vertical resolution of 800 will

I just wanted to add this problem also occurs in linux with thunderbird.
Fonts 12 point and over on a 1024x768 screen make it imposible to use the "new card" window to add addresses.  This problem plages several users I help who have poor eyesight and use large fonts.

Can't a slider bar be added to the side of the new card window so the last line can be reached?
