my yahoo & gmail account always arrive double event more mail coming when i am using dialup. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Established dial-up
2. Launch thunderbird
3. Get Mail

Actual Results:  
current download mail has similar with previous mail, with same date & same time

Expected Results:  
only one email should be exist & arrive

I don't know if this is a dupe or not but I can confirm this based on my experience with my ISP. Whenever I have a bad connection and lose DNS or web acceleration on hughesnet (which is way too often) I get dupes.

yes, it's a dup - basically we lose popstate.dat when we lose the connection in the middle of downloading, and thus think we have to redownload everything. It's reportedly hard to fix, though it doesn't seem like it should be that hard...
