Recently, in my Thunderbird, _desktop.ini displayed in every sub-folder (Inbox, sent, Draft,...) in Mozilla Thunderbird.
I have tried to access to the mail folder, and I saw many _desktop.ini.msf files. I have deleted them all, but each time when I run Mozilla thunderbird program, they are displayed again.
How to fix thi problem?

Some application (not Thunderbird !) is creating these folders in every subfolder of your profile. and Thunderbird is thinking that they're new subfolders, hence the _desktop.ini.msf files.

I read that it can be caused by the W32.Looked.AH Virus : see http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2006-091513-2550-99&tabid=2. Please disinfect your PC !

-> INVALID. Feel free to reopen if you still have these problems when after you remove the virus from your computer... (thunderbird certainly isn't creating the files.)
