on bugzilla, selected menupopup scrollbar thumb not "blue"
steps to reproduce:
1) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Firefox
2) select General
3) click on OS menulist to select 10.4
notice the Component scrollbar thumb is "blue", and not the OS scrollbar thumb.
see screen shot...

Looks like the child window/view is not key? That would explain the scrollbar's whiteness.
