354798 - Need sync of www.mozilla.com site for Doctor URL change

Thanks to the completion of bug 326934, I've updated the doctor URL for mozilla-com. To make this change live, I need the mozilla-com/lib/wrapper.tmpl file synchronized to production. Thanks in advance! :)

production doesn't actually build the site, it just copies from stage when we push.  stage will have already built it.  Which means pretty much every html file on the site will show up as touched by this.
