1. New profile, start firefox
2. Go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/rss.xml
3. Give focus to the 'Subscribe to this feed using' listbox so that the dropdown list is shown.
4. Scroll up and down using the mouse wheel

Expected:
Nothing should happen. The dropdown list under the listbox doesn't have a scrollbar, so scrolling with the mousewheel shouldn't do anything (Just like if you try and use the scrollwheel in bugzilla's "Severity" listbox dropdown)

Actual:
Webpage is scrolled up and down, but the dropdown list remains drawn on screen, so it becomes detached from listbox. eg: http://img226.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ssfl7.jpg
