This bug happened several times; I’m not sure if it’s related to this bug [Bugzilla Bug 352251], but this is what happens:

Running:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7

Under:
Mac OS X 10.4.7 [now I updated to Mac OS X 10.4.8].

Bug description:
I use Firefox to manage my actual work’s web mail [I rather use my laptop than the CPU that my employer gave me].

On a daily basis I access two web-mail accounts: 

1. My former agency’s email address: http://mail.delacruz.com/exchange/

2. And my current/new agency’s email address through a local network [my new agency belongs to my former agency - http://mail.delacruz.com/exchange -]:
https://192.168.1.250/email/

This it what happens:
Running: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7 Under: Mac OS X 10.4.7 (PPC) [now I updated to Mac OS X 10.4.8].

After a couple of hours, my Spanish Special characters in Mac OS [http://fllc.unt.edu/about/typing.html
 GO-TO: Special characters in Mac OS] stop working in the same Firefox browsing windows that they used to work:
After using, for two hours or more, 

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7” 

under: Mac OS X 10.4.7 (PPC) 

to manage my web-mail accounts,


the Special Spanish characters in Mac OS stop working in the same Firefox web-mail windows that they used to work.
