When the URL is loaded, there should be a blue Blogger.com navbar at the top. It doesn't appear unless you resize the window a bit.

I think this should block until we understand it, for compatibility reasons.

In my current branch build I get a blue blogger bar at the top of this page.

I get the header just fine - but the page is stuck loading "rcm-images.amazon.com" (which looks to be the book ad iframes) and never completes - freezing the content window.  Trying to open a new tab (or close this one) fails.  Resizing the window makes everything work. 

I get the same behavior in 1.5.0.7:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7

But not on the trunk.

I do not get the behavior on 1.5.0.7 or the latest 1.8 nightly on Windows.   So this appears to be a mac-specific problem.  Mac eventing issue perhaps?  Either way since this is not a regression for 1.5.0.x I'll moving out the blocking flag.

Hmm, that's the behavior I see with 1.5, but I don't get the nav bar with any 2.0 build or RC1. I have two monitors going, fwiw.

Robert: I am testing this using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 as well as the 1.5.0.8 candidate build, and the URL loads fine for me in both instances. I see the Navbar and the page does not hang when loading. I am running on a PPC 10.3.9 machine, I will try the Intel mac running 10.4.8.

Yes. I don't have a problem anymore either. I wish I'd been able to nail down a test case.
