Build 2000-04-11-09M15: NT4
Build 2000-04-11-10M15: Mac 8.5.1

Overview: Quitting after resizing the Navigator window doesn't maintain the size 
after opening the Browser again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Browser
2. Resize the window larger
3. Select File|Quit
4. Restart the Browser

Actual Results: The browser window does not retain the new size.

Expected Results: The browser window should remember the size of the
window after quitting and reopening.

Additional Information:
a. NT4: 
- Components that don't remember size: Browser, Address Book and New 
Message/Composer window.
- Components that remember size: 3-pane
b. Mac: 
All of these components don't remember size: The Browser, Address Book, New 
Message/Composer and 3-pane.
c. Linux: 
All of these components remember size: Browser, Address Book, New 
Message/Composer and 3-pane window.

This worksforme: there were problems with a leak that was causing this to
regress, but that was fixed two or three days ago.
