When I first click on a link in a page, instead of opening the link, I go to the top of the page, I can then use the link on the second click
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a link on a page
2. Click on it
3. Go back to link
4. Click on it again
Actual Results:
After step 2 I'm at the top of the page. After step 4 I get the page I first clicked on
Expected Results:
After step to I should be at the page I wanted.

WFM. Can you reproduce this with disabled extensions or with a new profile?
