CTRL click can be used to select multiple items, but when I try to deselect one item out of the group with CTRL-click, the item is not deselected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a number of items with CTRL-Click
2. Try to deselect one of the selected items with CTRL-Click
Actual Results:  
Deselected item remains selected

Expected Results:  
item remains selected.
